"A
Right Earful!" was produced by Offbeat-Arts in 1999, following
several exciting collaborations between three talented performers.
CHRIS BOSTOCK has told stories to audiences
of all ages in many unusual venues, including a Field Centre, a Health Centre,
a supermarket, a Celtic Roundhouse and a Lighthouse; in the sun and in the rain
and on a Metro train! Having once told ghost stories in a morgue and survived
to tell more tales, he now holds no fears. Chris collects traditional tales from
around the world, and he has told them throughout Britain, Northern Ireland and
Scotland, and as far afield as Belgium and Greece. He aims to encourage all his
listeners to become storytellers themselves.
BRIDGET ENEVER has worked as musician and
arranger with several well known bands including "Fine Young Cannibals", "Two
Nations", and "The Nightingales". She has also composed and played music for dance,
animation, film, theatre, and and puppetry - including work with "Faulty Optic".
Films include "Tin Men" (Barry Levinson) and "the Scar"(Amber films BBC). She
co-wrote the score for the film "Dream On" (Amber films/C4) with Graham Raine.
She has toured in France and Italy, playing saxophone in "Jazz Samba" with Graham.
GRAHAM RAINE is a talented multi-instrumentalist
and composer. The variety of his recent work has included performances on Matt
Seattle's border bagpipe album "Out of the Flames" (DGM 9907) and with "Dodgy
Clutch" theatre company's "She thinks she's a Fish!" Graham also composes music
for films, which have included "Dream On", "Eden Valley", and most recently "The
Scar" (Amber Films/BBC). He currently plays guitar in the Newcastle based band
"Rich Pickings" and also plays with Bridget in the Jazz band "Jazz Samba", and
the "West of Aydon" ceilidh band.
