This site started life as an animated Flash presentation for a qualified fitness tutor and assessor, and has just undergone a major re-design. It now has a guest book and free non-members' preview section, a password protected members area, with a secure credit card payment system, a highly complex & interative discussion area and secure PDF files. Flash animation has now been removed. One of our most extensive projects to date.
